Most often, people store RVs, boats and trailers, or antique/collectible automobiles.
While we’re happy to have you store your vehicle with us, we cannot allow anyone to live on the property. Living in your vehicle is against the terms of our rental agreement and can result in legal action.
Be sure to remove anything that might spoil or rot before you store your vehicle. Empty the fridge or bait well and turn off any electronics. Some renters prefer to clean their vehicle before storage so it’s pristine and ready when they need it next. We can help with that as well!

Climate controlled storage units offer protection from the temperature and the humidity. Key benefits include preventing damage from extreme temperatures, whether that is heat or cold, controlling humidity to prevent mold, mildew and rust and protection from the environment. The controlled environment ensures the longevity and preservation of your belongings.
The tenant is responsible for notifying the office about their move out using the designated Move-Our form with a minimum of 15 days notice. No other method of communication will be considered to discharge you from your account. We don’t offer prorated or reimbursed rent charges when you move out before the end of a month. Upon a satisfactory inspection of the unit, the security deposit will be returned.

No, tenant insurance or protection plans are not required, but are very strongly encouraged, as there are tremendous benefits to having this coverage.
